I created Refuel in 2017 for my employees. You can hear the origination story here (3:50). The one-day yearly event audience has since grown to anyone in need of a little inspiration with 100% of proceeds benefiting a Chicagoland Food Pantry. Refuel has generated over $150k in donations from over a thousand donors and the attendees have been touched by the inspiring messages of some of the world's best speakers. It's truly an honor to have created this day and it's become such a huge part of my life's mission—which is to help inspire others to reach their potential in life. Here are the chapters:
